Designed by Atlas Collaborative and Timmons Group, this Class A rear load warehouse features state-of-the-art building standards and amenities including modern 36’ clear heights, 50’ x 54’ column spacing, a 60’ speed bay, ample employee parking, expansive truck courts, and oversized drive-in doors with ramps.

Situated on a 21-acre site, this warehouse is the newest addition to South Rockingham County Corporate Park. With additional land available in the industrial park, there is also room for overflow truck trailer parking and outside storage. Winston-Salem based Omega Construction is the general contractor leading the design-build project.
